FIRE DAMPER TESTING
A fire damper is an important but often unseen part of a buildings fire safety system. Until a recent news reoprt highlighted the issues of an installation at Birmingham QE hospital it was regulary overlooked for testing. This is depsite it being a legal requirement in the Fire Safety Regulatory reform order (RRO2005) SInce then there has been a large uptake in companies offering the service without the neccessary experience to get it right.
NEW BUILD TESTING
Many new builds now are built to a tight schedule and restricted budgets and things are getting missed. A lot of work we complete is on buildings less than 5 years old which were supposedly signed off as tested and complete. Our independant testing can give you peace of mind and prevent any disruption in the future as problems will be identified before handover
